You have experience being a product marketing manager for an online advertising, call advertising, or digital marketing company. You know how to develop, manage and execute marketing projects and campaigns for digital products. You partner well with sales teams; meaning you have a proven track record of creating momentum behind a sales team to help generate demand and interest with a particular product. You want to be a part of product strategy and product execution. YOU are the best product marker you know. YOU are sick of working on a product that is not as good as Marchex call advertising products. YOU are ready to make a leap in your career and join an all star company and team!

 

About YOUR next job:

  • Design, develop, and build internal support for strategies for marketing both Pay-For-Call and Call Analytics. Strategy should include target audience, key messages, key outcomes, and methods of measurement.
  • Translate marketing strategies into quarterly objectives and measures for success.
  • Translate quarterly objectives into specific tactics and deliverables.
  • Ensure the appropriate execution of all tactics and compile success measures.
  • Leverage insights and lessons from marketing campaigns into improvement initiatives, such that each quarter’s marketing performance is better than the previous.
  • As appropriate, provide strong sales support in the generation of decks and the development of research to support the sales process.
  • Provide meaningful, ongoing input into the product development process.
  • Ensure that all appropriate product / marketing information is communicated in a timely manner to customers, sales teams and other internal groups.
  • Proactively solicit customer/sales feedback and input on promotional activities and respond accordingly.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships and communicate out with internal departments to ensure that implementation plans meet deadlines and proactively resolve any issues
  • Lead development and implementation of training programs to inform customer-facing staff of product messaging and marketing activity.

 

 

About YOUR Experience:

  • BA/BS degree in Business/Marketing or Communications related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 8 years of online marketing and management experience.
  • At least three years of experience managing employees.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of online marketing, lead generation and direct response strategies.
  • Strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel required.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills and organizational capabilities.
  • Must be an energetic self-starter who requires minimal hands-on supervision and is interested in working in a high energy entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience identifying, producing and measuring marketing programs and creative campaigns.
