We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with marketing and engineering skills who can work cross functionally with many different teams. The main portion of this work will be the on-boarding of enterprise customers to our client's location infrastructure (no LBS experience is required) and documenting those processes so that they can develop the standard 'playbook' for this role.

Candidates must have excellent PM skills specifically with process documentation and must be detail oriented. To be successful in this role, this person must be extremely flexible and be able to roll things off their back as this environment is constantly dynamically changing. This person needs to be a self-starter and be extremely focused on execution.

Requirements also include:
* 5 to 7 years of experience in product management
* Demonstrated experience managing software development projects (preferably mobile consumer or web based)
* Prior experience managing application technology vendors and consumer oriented software applications
* Demonstrated experience in authoring detailed use cases
* Experience developing solutions for and managing projects involving client-server platforms within a mobile environment
* Critical thinking skills are a must and ability to leverage past experience to work through issues independently whenever possible
* Ability to work effectively with multiple cross-functional teams and build relationships with internal and external team members to solve problems and ensure short and long term objectives are met
* Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills; ability to manage multiple deliverables at any one time
* Outstanding written and oral communication skills
