Project The Product Realization lead will support the Product Realization Program Manager in defining, developing, and delivering Enterprise data applications and services to AT&T customers. This position will have the primary responsibility of gathering Marketing requirements, writing operational specifications and managing the product development process. Specifically, the role will require end-to-end management of a product through its lifecycle from inception to production launch and post-production support. - Manage cross-functional teams through requirements validation to launch or delivery of lifecycle enhancements. - Customer Care and Sales communities. - Direct team of internal and external partners in the assignment of responsibilities and the execution of tasks to be completed. - Ensure accurate and timely completion of all activities assigned to members of the project team. - Anticipate problems and complications, and formulate solutions so as not to impede the progress of the project. - Communicate project status to various interested parties within the business. - Develop, maintain, and distribute as appropriate standard project management deliverables for the successful launch of new enterprise data applications and services, including: implementation plan, project schedule, issues & action items log, meeting minutes, risks assessment and contingencies.
Requirements - Demonstrated experience managing software/application development. - Minimum of 5 years experience leading cross functional teams with a minimum of 2 years experience with wireless networks and services. - Demonstrated ability to understand and define Business, Network and IT requirements for wireless packet data services on GSM/UMTS networks. - Ability to develop and lead organizations and ability to influence performance of peers, subordinates and managers.
