Looking to fill an immediate backfill in Product Management. General work summary:
Support the existing HyperQuality (HQ) product suite with general product management, requirements, and project management. Scope includes all web-based HQ products in the ClearMetrix suite;
- Quality Monitoring, Surveys, Performance Management, Agent Performance Improvement, Reporting, and Analytics.
Desired candidate should have at least 2 years in direct product management and be comfortable in a fast paced, small company atmosphere. Must be local to Seattle, no relocation supported.
