The Amazon Kindle team is seeking an innovative, results-oriented, customer-centric leader to help manage our content business. This Senior Manager will help define and drive the marketing and merchandising roadmap for Kindle content globally, help improve the customer experience, and help to grow our Kindle content business overall. Some of the key job functions of the Senior Manager are:

Business Intelligence: Help us understand more about our customers and leverage this knowledge to help drive improvements to the customer experience Customer Experience: Measure and analyze existing customer feedback for opportunities to innovate and improve our current policies and customer interactions Merchandising: Measure, analyze and recommend improvements to current content merchandising strategy and tactics Marketing – Develop on and offsite marketing strategy and tactics including measuring, reporting and optimizing key traffic channels
Job Qualifications - The candidate will have succeeded in delivering products/services in a high growth environment and will have thrived in ambiguity and shifting priorities. - He or she is a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and compellingly and effectively influence across cross functional teams. -The Amazon Kindle business requires innovative thinking balanced with a strong customer and quality focus. This senior manager will have a strong track record of achieving that balance. -Proven track record of hiring and managing a strong team - BA/BS required. MBA preferred.
