Position Description

Product Managers are the architects of our product offerings and the key drivers of product line success and adoption by the merchant base. They drive the vision & strategy of the product line and its delivery and execution across the organization. We are launching exciting and innovative products in the payment space.







We are looking to hire a Senior Product Manager who will own the next generation product roadmap. This individual will capture the entire view of our products and partner with the various business units to make key decisions for the new platform.



Specific Responsibilities will include

The product manager will take end-to-end ownership of the product, identify market requirements, define the product vision and strategy, create preliminary design concepts and lead the implementation of the overall product from concept to delivery

Define and maintain product strategy, product revenue, market adoption & penetration goals

Identify new market segments and opportunities and develop clear business cases for new products and features.

Produce detailed product and functional requirements that will drive product development, testing and deployment

Work with marketing team to create and execute strategies for new product launches.

Work with operational, support and financial groups within the company to define processes and systems to support product

Work with sales to identify target customers and channels for product adoption

Maintain and communicate a prioritized product delivery roadmap.

Perform competitive analysis and identify areas for competitive differentiation.

Develop product positioning and messaging that stands up to competitors

Regularly measure & report on product financial performance

Implement sales, marketing and development programs to increase product revenue and adoption.

Support sales by participating in key customer activities











Qualifications

8+ years of product management experience with 3+ years payment industry experience.

Ability to understand a diverse set of payment solutions including gateway/payment processing, fraud prevention, order screening, security, reporting, etc.

Ability to identify customer requirements and translate these requirements into product features.

Ability to build business cases to justify product features and functions

Experience in writing logical and detailed product requirements and functional specifications

Ability to prioritize features into releases based on market realities.

Proven ability to work in cross-functional environments including sales, marketing, business management, customer support and engineering teams.

Track record of successful collaboration with a product development team or organization

Ability to deliver results on multiple projects in a complex, fast-moving environment.

Ability to generate creative and innovative solutions for business problems and opportunities

Strong business management and analysis skills.

Great communication skills.

Contagious can-do attitude and self-sufficient work style.

Comfortable in interacting with senior executives both internally and externally.

Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree strongly preferred.



This position can be based on our Corporate Headquarters in Mountain View, CA or our offices in Bellevue, WA, American Fork, UT or Highlands Ranch, CO. We are also considering remotely based candidates.
