Verathon - Service Partner Product Manager

Verathon Inc. is looking for a Service Partner Product Manager to develop and lead the Service Partner Team located in our Bothell, WA headquarters. The successful candidate will align with Verathon’s customers by developing the Service Partner Program to broaden our service offering to hospital staff that currently use our devices.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for creation, development, and maintenance of Verathon’s Service Partner Program
- Understand and develop the Service Partner Program to meet the total business solution for customers at all levels of the buying organization but target customers are hospital biomeds.
- Qualify prospective partners and administer program requirements
- Coordinate Service Partner training with customers.
- Achieve targets for orders and revenue
- Represent Verathon and train new Service Partners
- Provide training and marketing documentation for Verathon, Inside Sales Reps and external sales people on the Service Partner Programs and offers, including value proposition, pricing rationale, competitive positioning, sales strategy, how to win, compliance requirements, etc
- Monitor partner needs relative to parts, tools test equipment and training documentation
- Use market knowledge, service market and operations expertise, marketing, product management, analytics, communication and project management to perform the job.
- Provide indirect service requirements to management and service and function as voice of the customer
- Monitor program compliance and take corrective action when required
Serve as escalation point for partner service issues such as delivery training, quality, parts availability, payment issues
- Initiate prompt, proactive action to accomplish objectives and take additional action to achieve goals beyond what is required.
- Measure success and identify corrective actions/improvement areas
Knowledge, skills and abilities
- Bachelors Degree
- Demonstrated managerial and team leadership skills
- 2-10 years of experience in services marketing or operations with a technology/healthcare company that has a recognized indirect channel program
- Service offer management and/or product management experience
- Customer focus
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- A sense of urgency, passion, and understanding of overall business priorities
- Ability to understand, convey, and teach others the technical aspects and value propositions of the Service Partner Program and its products.
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills
Strong abilities with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to travel within United States 1 to 3 times per month at a minimum of 3 days per occurrence
- Overnight travel up to 50% initially then ongoing at 25%
