Job Description
Cobalt - the automotive industry's most comprehensive provider of integrated solutions for digital advertising is seeking an OEM Marketing Manager.
This position is responsible for developing, delivering, and creatively executing OEM campaigns for established, existing OEM accounts. Their key focus is on lifecycle activities, campaigns and maintenance to retain and penetrate OEM accounts with an existing relationship with Cobalt.
They work closely with the Enterprise Sales Account Executives to determine required communications and campaigns for existing accounts. They also work closely with Field/Inside Sales to ensure all needed materials and training are made available for customer-facing associates for these communications and campaigns.
This role looks to the OEM Marketing Manager II and the Director of Strategic Marketing for guidance/direction.
- Develop and deliver all tasks associated with supporting established, existing OEM accounts
- Utilize existing OEM launch processes, and communications strategies, and work with Senior OEM Marketing Manager to formulate creative strategies for sales and retention activities
- Key focus on lifecycle activities, campaigns and maintenance for retention and penetration of existing OEM accounts
- Ensure that the sales teams have timely and comprehensive information regarding OEM account activity, sales tools, campaigns, etc.
- Work closely with the Enterprise Sales Account Executives to determine required communications and campaigns for existing accounts
- Work closely with Field/Inside Sales to ensure all needed materials and training are made available for customer-facing associates for these communications and campaigns.
- Brand expert for assigned OEM accounts
Required Skills
- 3-5 years of channel marketing or product marketing experience
- Marketing Services product marketing experience developing and executing tactical/strategic marketing plans
- BA in Marketing or equivalent experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
- Automotive dealership experience desirable but not required
- Experience working with large automotive OEMs and Enterprise Groups, a plus
