AT&T is looking for a strong marketing professional to join the Industry Solutions Marketing and Product Management team and lead marketing strategy and execution for mobile enterprise application platforms. Sr Marketing Manager will be responsible for mobile line-of-business applications product management, with specific emphasis on sales channel enablement, including B2B Sales, company-owned retail and third-party distribution. This role will work closely with Director, Industry Solutions to develop overall value proposition for the portfolio of commercial line-of-business and LBS applications, define and execute thought leadership programs, industry events, online marketing and advertising campaigns to grow sales of mobile LOB applications. This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who has led product management teams, managed a product line and developed marketing strategies. This position requires strategic planning, product design, product management, and marketing program development skills. Business acumen, technical aptitude, attention to detail, ability to partner effectively, and a passion to win are key for this role. This role has high visibility among company leadership and partner community. The ability to see the "big picture", while managing multiple projects under tight timelines, is critical. You will be able to utilize the leadership and motivational skills you've honed over the years to evangelize the importance of your objectives, and keep team members and partners excited and on track. Position Qualifications Skills & Qualifications: • Extensive background in, and understanding of, enterprise mobile software and services preferred • Equivalent of Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or other related field. MBA preferred. • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in product marketing or product management in telecommunication, software or electronics. • Depth of technical skills for mobile business applications architecture and functionality • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams • Experience executing jointly with partners and vendors The following skills and attributes will help to ensure your success in this role: • Business acumen to understand the dynamics of the industry and company • Experience selling complex product through direct sales and online channels • Detail-orientation to ensure results and drive accountability • Creativity to develop compelling positioning, copy and selling tools • Collaboration skills and the ability to motivate team members and peers to action • Results-focused; competitive in nature and driven by a get it done attitude • Decisive; acts intelligently but quickly to maintain momentum and lead teams
