Microsoft’s Online Service Division is seeking a high performing Product Manager to grow the Performance Display offering of the Microsoft Media Network, our online display advertising network. The Performance Display offering is an online auction that provides customers with the opportunity to achieve their ROI objectives by procuring advertising inventory on a non-guaranteed basis via a CPM, CPC, or CPA bidding structure.
This role will be accountable for hitting annual revenue goals by defining the core product strategies, developing the annual business and product roadmap, and successfully overseeing the cross-group execution of that roadmap. Great leadership, partnership and communication will be critical to success.
Detailed responsibilities: • Exceed annual revenue and related KPI targets • Define Performance Display product strategy • Develop annual business and product roadmap that aligns to core strategies • Oversee execution and roll-out of roadmap deliverables in partnership with virtual team members o Training materials o New product offerings o Tools / Reporting o New or updated policies o Platform enhancements o Business analyses • Implement and lead consistent rhythm of the business with cross-organizational stakeholders • Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders including Sales, Publisher, and Monetization teams • Define & oversee preparation and dissemination of ongoing business reporting that incorporates actionable insights • Collaborate and consult with Sales and service teams regarding product and campaign performance • Develop strong knowledge of the Ad network competitive landscape
