The Identity and Security business strategy team is charged with opportunity analysis, business strategy, monetization and packaging, and primary market research. As a Senior Product Manager in this role you will: • Develop business strategy and test emerging hypotheses through primary research as necessary. • Analyze competitor strategies and actions and develop recommendations for responding at both the divisional and product level. • Develop and size our market opportunity; track our market share progress, and drive visibility for trends and findings.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and original thinker supported by deep analysis skills and the ability to develop and test hypotheses. They will combine strong business sensibility with a deep understanding of how to influence for action and results. Passion for shaping a business that is growing rapidly is a must. Strong cross-group collaboration skills are required as the candidate will work across different teams and disciplines. Finally strong self and situation awareness, and written and verbal communication skills are needed to ensure recommendations are delivered in a compelling way in interactions with senior leadership. Knowledge of enterprise software is valuable though not necessary.
Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or business strategy, or strategy consulting, with a BS/BA required and an MBA required.
