GROUP PRODUCT MGR (711121)

Job Category: Marketing
Location: United States, WA, Seattle
Job ID: 711121
Division: Online Services Division
This role drives the development and implementation of product strategy and communicates that strategy to Microsoft’s large advertising and media clients. As part of the team, this role will be responsible for sharing the details of both the current Atlas product offering as well as the future vision for the platform directly with our clients, and supporting our sales and client service teams with appropriate messaging and materials to support the platform in market.

As product development and business strategy decisions are made, the product marketer will assemble the value proposition and go-to-market plan to support those decisions. The product marketer will then execute against the go-to-market plan by providing appropriate sales and release collateral as well as internal preparation for client-facing teams. This includes generating client-ready sales materials (overview and FAQ documents, client presentations) as well as internal training sessions and regular updates with field teams in the US, EMEA and APAC.

An essential element of this role is direct client contact - either by teleconference or in-person meetings - where the product marketer is expected to be a product expert and represent both Microsoft’s business strategy and product strategy to clients.

Additional responsibilities include working as a key contributor to product planning, periodic business reviews, global sales strategy, and supporting partner and industry outreach via integration and coordinated sales motions with complementary firms.
